Because even if he taxed the likes of Bill Gates 100% of his net worth,
it wouldn't keep the government going for much more than 2 weeks. The

the rich tax per Clinton, but then no more DEBT and no more taxes -- he
must balance the budget.

He hasn't helped anything but the problem got out of hand with Reagan
when he declared Defecits didn't matter. Bush II or more correctly Wall
