Funny, that budget was passed by democrat congress and Bush never signed
for it.

Further, Obama isn't even through his first term but already managed to
out debt-spend everyone else in the world ever in the history. If Obama
kept this debt pace up, he would have racked up more debt in 8 years
than ALL presidents COMBINED before him.

Yep, Obama needs a nobel peace prize for the worlds biggest delinquent
debtor/fraud.
