then the canvas

finally by the filler mixing with epoxy

If you have built the canoe out of boards then you don't need
fiberglass, filler, canvas or seal skin. Just nails and oakum.

do you mean the boat will float without what the guys mentioned it

and if I want to put a fiberglass and filler just to make it mush strong
and give it the shape

The ability of a board to float depends on the specific gravity of the
floatation liquid, the density of the board and the weight of the load
(passenger).

I will use the boat in a sea and you know the sea is salt and when the water is salt that mean the flotation is bigger than a normal water like lake

because it has a Greater density
