It's a bit more nuanced than that, but basically you're right. The
nuance includes both lack of Dem backbone and Republican
obstructionism (the "filibuster" proof senate isn't much of an
argument, since there are wide range of Dems).

now THAT is strue. as folks point out, the dems are far less united in
their hatred of the middle class than the GOP is. the 1st order of
business of the GOP is to destroy the middle class

But the democrats beat the GOP to it, at $14.5 trillion, me thinks
unless something very radical changes, count US DC bankrupt and in
spiral debt.

and this is more right wing bull****

14.5 trillion where? how?

oh. you just heard it somewhere.

lemme know when you get some facts, OK?

Open a newspaper... the debt is 14.5 T... Duh...

gee. and almost none of this is due to obama

but he's black, you see....

Funny, the day Bush left it was $9.67T, now it is approaching $14.5T,
that means Obama was in office for over $4.5T of it.

Obama is now the responsible for the biggest debt increase the world has
ever seen from one leader. I plan on submitting Obama to the guiness
book of records.

Get over it, USA ruined by debt.
