Actually if you consider the GOP to be "Wall Street", they have
controlled the White House ever since 1981. Who wasn't a Wall street
guy since then? Reagan was probably the least affected by the Wall

Bush Clinton Bush& Obama all had the revolving door financial team
from Wall Street to the government and back to Wall Street, rinse
repeat.
