Yup with that famous republican Bill Clinton.
I don't remember the veto, in fact I remember hid standing up and
telling us how much this deregulation would stimulate the economy.
It really didn't matter tho since there was not enough democratic
opposition to sustain the veto.
Of course, deregulation was a huge mistake, but the times were such
that it seemed like a good idea. It's time to fix the error promoted
by the GOP that the Dems caved to.
