Obama made some great points here. Wonder what happened?
Typical liberal spin. They NEVER admit when they are wrong unless
it's
in a deposition and that's debatable.
Even Anderson on 360 tonight sounded a little annoyed at Obama really
taking a lot of time to saying nothing at all today.
What he said was he is selling out Israel.
True, but Americans, especially Obama seem to be forgetting on 9/11 (and
other occasions) the middle east, including Arabs, Pakistan, Iran and
others were jumping up and down in glee at the 9/11 carnage.
To forgive is divine, to forget tis stupid. Obama has pretty much
desstroyed US international relations.
Yet another absurdity.
Obama is trying to get the Palestinians back to the peace talk table,
and to head off their effort this fall to try to obtain statehood via UN
mandate. Everyone involved in the discussions, all sides, are aware that
any meaningful settlement will involve going back to some variation of
the 1967 borders. Obama's idea of a "land swap" is clever.
You and your buddies seem better equipped to discuss issues in which
there is no historical or contemporary content extant.
I don't think there is much chance of a real Israeli-Palestinian peace
accord, but people of good will, such as Obama and Clinton before him,
are obliged to try to get the parties talking. Dubya Bush, of course,
for the post part ignored the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He was busy
waging war on a fifth-rate country that did not attack us on 9-11 and
did not have WMD's.
It isn't about good will, it is about a sellout. Islam has declared
Israel an enemy of state. Reminds me of "peac in our time pre-WW II.
Maybe give Alaska back to the Russians while you are at it. And the US
Canadian border to the west should be a few degrees south.
Maybe give the Mexicans California and Texas back.
It doesn't end.
Your understanding of foreign affairs is non-existent. Peace can be made
out of concessions. Israel is at peace with Egypt and Jordan. Your
examples of Canada-Russia-USA-Mexico are non-sensical.
Knuckles is a chuckle-head.
