The news says the average is down a penny but the stations near me are
still the same from what I can tell. I would like to see it dip, even
if only for a few days because I am down to my last couple cans of gas
for the boat.
The truck showed up this morning and actually sold me the diesel for 3
cents less than yesterday's quote, 750 gallons at $3.66. That's 30
cents cheaper than the quote I got from Ballards Oil at the Ft Myers
Beach shrimp dock. They said that today's price was up 12 cents
however for delivery tomorrow. That's a lot of price volatility.
All the guys I know who claim to be middle class spend $2700 to fill up
their boat's fuel tanks.

Anchor Bay East Marina, in Dundalk, in the Bal'mer Harbor area, has
pretty good prices for diesel. I paid a bit more than you did around the
first of the month.
But I sure didn't buy 750 gallons...that's three tankfuls for me. I'm
just a middle class kind of guy.
So is yours the S.S. Minnow, the original from Gillian's Island?

Take a look at ANY country, more debt is more problems. So why do we
allow our governments more debt? Selfishness, greed, denial, ignorance?
