My son has invited me to accompany him to Ft Myers next week for about four
days. All expenses paid. Some kind of award/bonus thinging.
He has kinda left it up to me to select the activities. Neither of us play
golf and I'm not diving certified (he is). We both sail, however I we don't
have any certificate that would allow us to charter a boat for a day.
Another possibility, would be that we both go on a dive trip but I would
just go as a passenger.

Steve,
I live in Cape Coral, directly across the river from Ft Myers.

on your interests.

Sanibel and Captiva Islands, go by car, drive through the Ding Darling
Wildlife Preserve on Sanibel. Have lunch at the Green Flash or Tween
Waters Inn on Captiva. Both have great water view, food and views
best at the Green Flash but is more expensive.
There are also the Henry Ford and Thomas Edsion museums and estates in
Ft Myers. They are next to each other and managed as a single
operation.
