I would cancel foreign aid completely. Welfare leaches and the UN need
to start fixing problems and not make them worse and more expensive.
Cut he UN budget too. No American will suffer wihout UN and foreign
aid. Close 2/3rds the embassies too. Nothing but patronage appoinemtns
in low cost areas to live like kings.
