Which is why you cant get out of the ruts. US was the land of

But if you have a 3rd world mentality, you will have a 3rd world
culture. That is a given.

As one highly educated Mexican told me, they don't work because they
don't want to. Their choice really, lay back, squat, pick a banana and
watch TV with the wife on top with the one light bulb drop. They don't
want the work stress, are not motivated... hey, more power too them if
that is what they want.

It is why USA culture is the root cause. Corruption at the top and lazy
idiots at the bottom.
