Well, my cell 1 account has been disconnected as of today. I get the
new Verizon phone Saturday and glad of it. My battrered and broken 3
yr old phone will finally be laid to rest. Besides Verizon is offering
a $10.00 discount to turn it inand retire it. I really don't know why
they'd want it. Of course they'll throw it in the trash, but...

AND I believe I get to keep my original phone number.
