I must have missed where Obama got Congress' approval to go to war.

The last Constitutionally correct war in which we engaged was WW II.
Obama sent a letter to Congress today outlining his reasons for
participating in the Libyan adventure.

But his real reason is to ask congress for more debt moneys. Obama likes
spending money. Running wase out of government is secondary.
