Iraq started as a no fly zone, as did Bosnia. We are still in both
countries.

It did not start as a no-fly zone. It started with Bush I rolling back
the Iraqi advance into Kuwait.

Perhaps Bosnia was worth it? Or, do you think ethnic cleansing is
ok...
