Funny. Simple solution, outlaw government borrowing. Pay as you go.
Solves a lot of issues. Tell the union this is all the money there is,
you can't get it done we outsource it. Problem solved.

Trouble is unions and liberal debtors have bankrupted the civic system.

Who knows, maybe 2011 we will see taxpayers and union thugs go out to
