You could go with something like this:

I had a similar setup on the trailer for my 25' Parker. Combined turn
signals, running lights, stop lights. License plate light stayed on
the trailer under the boat, burned out about one bulb there a year.

A good Do it yourselfer could make something similar to these. I know I
could. Jim
