The right solution is to make a law that say government cannot over
spend. Union wants more, they have to take it to the voter to up the
taxes to provide the more. No more credit card socialism and bull****.

One of the scariest parts of moving somewhere today is politicians
charging up the debt and taxes.

In 199x you wanted to know your companies financials.
In 200x you wanted to know your banks and brokers financials
In 201x you want to know your city/county/state financials

..... or you will get burned....

Getting to a point where the cities should buy the vacant homes, rent
them out for property taxes. In many jurisdictions owning a home is
like a boat anchor around your neck.
