If this is a boatyard, as I suspect, since there are other boats in cradles,
then I would expect the ground to be asphalt or concrete. (can't do toxic
bottom paint work on bare ground around here)

As stated previously in other posts, the boat yard is going to have a lot to
say about any of these skemes.

And for the sake of the boat structure, a portion of the weight of the boat
needs to be on boat stands, especially if it is a fin keel.
