Well, we might find out... If the atty for our gateway says he broke the
law, they will be filing charges. I don't have to do anything. He openly
solicited a criminal "DOS" attack against a pretty large operation that
is pretty serious about such things.. It's up to them now, out of my
hands.


No one solicited anything, boy genius, and the information wasn't
specific. In fact, I didn't mention "DOS" attack...you did.

Sounds like you are doing some serious back peddling. I don't suppose
the Provost of your university is interested in your activities. You may
be tenured but that has limits when you solicit illegal activities on
university property.
