In a few years the metal frame would be gone and of course the wood and
cloth would rot as well. It is an old sleep sofa and IMO, too hard to lug
back up the dock.
As long as you are chained to it when it goes over I don't have a problem
with it.
Seriously, if everyone threw there unwanted stuff in the Bay we wouldn't
have a Bay to boat on.
