"Apex" inflatables was "Calypso" inflatables until Cousteau threatened
to sue them. Owner changed the name rather than spend a lot of money
on lawyers. He was just starting out then - about 1993 or so. I
bought one of his frst dinks, still has the "Calypso" name on it.
