Nope. But just stating the government is buying Wal-Mart also. And the
cost may be a lot higher buying from China. Theywere over a year late on
deliveries. We lost all the tax dollars and multipliers from wages spent
here. May end up a lot more costly for maybe a 3% saving on purchases.

That's the stupidity of accepting the lowest bid out of hand. It
often ends up costing more.
