We now know how to determine whether Harry is lying or telling the
truth, convinced of his beliefs or has some doubt. It is his desire to
bet money on the issue.

Harry "betting" means absolutely nothing.. He won't pay up, and he won't
care.. It's a lose lose all the way. Harry has proven over and over
again, he isn't man enough to cover his bets...
