Nah. He's just alone and lonely and desperate.
PKB!
Heh. I'm actually enjoying being alone today as I just spent the
entire weekend with 20 of my family. We ate, opened gifts,
talked, drank a lot of wine and enjoyed one another's company. It
was a special weekend as our son and his wife and daughters drove
all the way from Reno, Nevada to spend the weekend with us. We
had a wonderful time. Sorry you didn't.
hard to be lonely in a small crowd of 20. i'm glad you had a good
time. my sister and her husband and youngest came up from the
ozarks to spend the week, and we had 24 at christmas dinner, only
17 at christmas eve dinner.
Drat! And here I thought I'd had a lot of people for dinner. We
seem
to have the same ideas though. :-)
we were fewer this year. my brother joe didn't fly in from los
angeles,
my sister becky and her husband were on vacation in south america,
and my brother ray didn't show up, prolly mad at somebody. he
usually is.
i
think our record one year was 30.
Amazing!
i prefer the independance day party, which is "mine". [we split up
the different holidays.] if people get rowdy, we kick them outside.
it's a bit cold to do that this time of year.
Indeed it is, even here. We managed though without any rowdiness
this year.
so did we, for the most part. on wednesday before christmas we got it
out of our systems with a sledding party. only one sledding accident
[me]
Hope you're okay. :-(
just a filling knocked loose, and a few bumps and bruises. dangers of
being near a bunch of little boys who can't really steer yet.
Hehehehehe. I've been there myself. My husband calls me the
"daredevil", aptly named I think.
i'm okay

and one rollaround fight [2 nephews]. not bad.
Not bad at all. We sent the 3 teenagers off to walk the dogs on
Saturday while the turkey was cooking. We sent the younger 4 off to
the playground with a several aunts and uncles. The 2 month old, of
course, stayed home and did nothing but eat and sleep. The rest of us
napped or visited while I got the turkey cooked. I had everything on
the table by six pm and a hearty time was had by all.
yay!
My best friend (who also happens to be my second son's mother-in-law;
long story), has decided that I'm the hostess of the year. :-)
