The closer we get to Christmas the more obnoxious he becomes. Let's bozo bin him for a couple of days and see what happens.
He needs something to do. The guy building his deck quit. He kids won't
visit him on Christmas or Festivus or whatever he celebrates. And, he
landlord has most likely locked the door to the upstairs thereby keeping
Harry down in the basement for the next couple of weeks.
