That sort of marching around reminds me of the old news films I've seen
of the Third Reich, not that the marchers in your video are Nazis.

I'd prefer to see those soldiers helping out in Haiti or Bangladesh or
some other spot beset by disasters. *That* is impressive, and when I see
our troops doing it, it makes me proud to be an American. Marching
around? Not so much.

The examples of christmas spirit I have seen exhibited here by the
conservatives in this newsgroup don't impress me. You do recall the
"goodwill towards men" part, right? Christmas is supposed to be more
than an excuse to go shopping. If anything, you and your boys are the
antithesis of the christmas spirit. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

As for marching bands, I prefer the less militaristic FAMU marching
band, the absolute best in the land.
