There are enough pictures and reports of Chelsea drunk as a skunk and
unable to stand, talk or function. If you are talking about a police
record you may be correct but, we just don't know if they kept it quite
to help out Bill.
Prove it. Show us a picture. I'm sure you can find doctored ones...
