Chelsea graduated in 2001 from Stanford University with highest honors.

I'll bet you are jealous. You couldn't get near an ivy league school nor
would England let you anywhere near Oxford or Cambridge.

She worked several years for a top management consulting organization
and for a venture capital group.

It was a BS job just to get her some money so she could appear to afford
to live in Manhattan.

Thus, she is smart and educated and accomplished. Those who know her say
she is well-mannered.

There is no record of public intoxication for her.

There are enough pictures and reports of Chelsea drunk as a skunk and
unable to stand, talk or function. If you are talking about a police
record you may be correct but, we just don't know if they kept it quite
to help out Bill.
