Save yourself a bunch of money and do the documentation yourself. The Coast
Guard has a very friendly staff the will hold your hand. My documentation
cost about $85 if my memory serves me correct and the documentation service
wanted $450. The one trick is not to send in pages that don't have to be
filled out. Otherwise, they record a blank page and charge you
