For this year, anyway.
Boat's up on the hard. Yard mechanic will be winterizing over the
weekend. Now I can start the countdown until Spring.

Used to have a poster here who kept track every day of the countdown...
Forget who that was.

From the temps being forcasted here next week, I'm thinking about 9 or
10 days. :-

Nine or 10 days until Spring? :)

Almost. Our 2-3 months of "winter" is sprinkled with a couple days of
spring every so often. Nice for getting the boat out (what I was
really referring to), but hard to get climatized to the cold when it's
here.

Yeah, I know. Cry me a river.

I am trying to remember what I miss about winter ... oh yeah ...
spring.

80s and beautiful here today. Mr Ed and I went out to his island today
but it was belly deep for him. He still liked it.

We're going camping down at Solomons Island this weekend. Should be fun, but there won't be any
playing in the water.

Grab a lunch or dinner Saturday at Jerry's seafood restaurant, on the
right on Route 4, about two miles south of P.F. Next to the tire
store...but don't let that offput you. Not open on Sunday.

Nope. We're all going to Stoney's.

Stoney's doesn't impress me. I think it is grossly overpriced. Jerry's
crabcakes are at least as good, and less expensive. Stoney's does have
more ambiance, though.

Down in Solomons, we think the best restaurant is DiGiovanni's:

The dinner menu is terrific:

The relatively new, free-standing restaurant on the left as you get
close to the entrance to the rec center...is mediocre. Forgot the name
of it.

Stay away from Catamarans...bunch of cases of hepatitis from
shellfish...and that's serious stuff.
