I have a few 12" ceramic floor tiles to replace and wonder if this tool

I assume that you would use the MultiMaster to cut away the grouting
between tiles?

People seem to like them but I haven't tried one yet. There are a
lot of reviews on amazon.com of both the MultiMaster and some of the
competitors. The competition gets mostly weak marks on durability
but might be OK on small jobs/occasional use.
