OK so, being the groups "Luddite" I will confess I'm a simple man. I
have no need to have the latest of the latest gadgets with all the

lot of room. maybe I ought to get a lap top.. oops sorry. "Notebook"
is the new catch phrase I assume.
My cell phone is about 4 years old, it's a Motorola v-197, it's been
faithful, but it's bare bones, no camera, hard to surf the 'net with
it. I can get the news from the NYT or USA TODAY and that's about it.
and it takes for ever to load. And I ahve to watch my time or I go
over the 'net limit. The filthy thing isn't even set up for me to send
a text, but that's ok, I dont' know how to send one in my life
depended on it. I dont' have a news reader and am not either
sophisticated to use one and really don't have the desire to find out
how. I access this, and other USENET boards via Google groups and
that's satisfactory to me. It's as primitive as you can get but it
does the job.
I could go on about my old-fashioned and sometimes backward ways but
what's the point. You all get the picture.
HOWEVER! *just recently, I opened up a Google PICASA 3.8 account and
transferred a bunch of pictures on it. OK so that's cool, NOW comes
the tricky part.
I've transferred over a gob of pics and now I find I dont' have the
ability to post an album etc. and I've found very little online
support to do so, or at least support that I can understand easily.
I have some boat pics I'd like to share with you all, but until I can
figgah it out, they'll stay on the storage disk.
Oh well, I'll get it eventually I suppose but if anyone has any decent
suggestions (besides light fire to my hard drive!) I'm up for ideas.

Hey Tim.. I have the site
http://www. trip-reports.com which is a
nice littel script for putting up pics. It's not perfect but I can
send you a login and password and a quick step by step that will walk
you through posting to the site... I will call you later with more
details but I can set it up so even a luddite like yourself can get
'er done...
See you on the phone. Scotty
