Soooo.. What would it cost to put a new house up on it down there? Any
zoning issues? Taxes per year, estimate?


Panty Goddess is asking, but doesn't even have a job.....let alone any
money in reserve.



There's at least one zoning issue that should concern little man tosk:
the area doesn't allow short guys to move in... :)
