A lot of that $8K is probably for permitting, insurance and tipping
fees.
Probably equipment rental. Going to need a cat or crane to get the big
chunk out of the sea and off the beach. Then to lift up the cut parts.
Have no idea anymore what a Cat or crane rents for per hour. Probably in
the $300-400 range and you have to haul it to the site.
