You can’t go wrong buying a Parker in the Chesapeake Bay area. There’s a
lot of interest in them, and they typically move quickly in good markets
and bad.

No come on, be honest with these nice people. *You haven't put more than
25 hrs on your cute lil Parker in the last 3 yrs. *I told you to sell
it, or I was going to charge you storage fees. *I was sick of looking at
the grass growing around your boat, because you were too lazy to move it
even to mow the lawn.

I don't care what anyone else says, I am glad you sold it. *You never
used the boat, so why clutter up my yard with an ugly LTP?
