There's a problem with boat insurance that many people are unaware of.
Many policies specifically exclude "mysterious disappearance" from
coverage. * That means that you have to be able to demonstrate in some
way that the boat was taken by thieves - video evidence, broken
locks/cables, etc.

"Mysterious Disappearance?" Man, That's a blanket way to get out of
paying...
