really? from the wikipedia site:

In 1988 Canada and the United States signed the Canada-United States
Free Trade Agreement after which the U.S. Congress approved

Crap reference and terminology *******ized. The term "trade agreement" is
even used in your Junior High School reference site.

Treaties have specific designation and a record of congress' ratification.

Any agreement can be changed or dissolved at the whim of the slime in DC.

In only 30-40 days, shareholders will demand answers when sales are ZIP.
Refusal to buy overpriced junk would cause marketing companies to resource

Consumers can do that, your rulers show NO indication that they will modify
their mistakes.

It's done. Go somewhere there are opportunities like Europe did in the late
18th and first half of the 20th century.
