No I don't. My father fought in South Africa while he was in the
Air Force and fought in Italy when he was in the Army.

Big deal. My grandfathers fought in WWII in the pacific on the US side,
both commanded destroyers. My paternal grandfather was wounded at Iwo
Jima prior to the invasion. It took him 2 years to recover and he walked
with a limp for the rest of his life and he had to learn to write with
his left hand.

My dad fought in Vietnam. In fact he was there during Tet in '68.

You missed my point completely. Italy, Japan, Germany... their
solders gave us something to point our guns at, a uniform. We
are not at war with Afghanistan and the ones that want to kill
us look just like the ones that don't.

What you don't understand is that war has changed. If you hadn't noticed
Vietnam was were the uniformed soldier changed. The VC would be farming
by day and killing by night. This shift in to full on guerrilla warfare
got rid of the battle line and made uniforms irrelevant.

Yes, we are at war with Afghanistan. We are at war with Islam.

And if you look at other countries like Sri Lanka, a democratic country.
Then one day Islam offshoot called the Tamils decided that 12.5% of them
should rule over the 80% majority Buddhists and run the country sending
them into civil war where Tamils used children with bombs.

Hopefully, when (not if) we have to fight, it isn't too late.

Who do we fight? The one tenth of one percent of Muslims chanting
"death to Christians"? Those are the ones that don't wear uniforms.
Their governments haven't declared war.

Where do you get your 1/10 of 1 percent?

You must not know that there are 5 major denominations of Islam
with 21 divisions below those and very few Muslims believe all
non-believers must die.

And you must know that no Muslims will be critical of other Muslims
actions.

The problem with the Muslims is that they will not condem each other for
radical behavior.

So they have a problem. It's their problem. Let them have it.
It's not a justification for throwing gasoline on a fire.

The Muslims are offended at the drop of a hat and they use any excuse to
kill people. Isn't it nice that they are not going to stone to death
that Iranian woman anymore but, they are still going to execute her.
Dead is dead. Oh, and what about the 99 lashes she received because a
British paper printed an alleged picture of her? Imagine what would have
happened if she had shown up on page 3 of "The Sun".

You snipped part of my post. Are you fine with *more* Americans
dying just so you can get your "eye for an eye"?

Why is it that the we can't be offended about the "Ground Zero" mosque
but the Muslim's can be offended by the burning of some paper?
Why is it ok for the Muslims to burn a US flag and if we burn a Koran
people must die?

In the USA you have the right to freedom of speech, you do not have the
right to be free from being offended.
