Bush and Cheney have had absolutely nothing to do with policies of the
U.S.for almost 2 years. The president has little authority regardless
(congress passes laws and budgets), and the VP simply waits for the
president to die - no authority whatsoever.

IOW 'kurtz' isnt an american and has no idea about the political
influence of a US president...
