Simple, ALWAYS, supply and demand - if there was any demand for your meager
usefulness, you'd be better compensated. Instead of squealing about a raise,
why don't you take your imagined skills and get a better job??? I'll help
you (as you've apparently needed a LOT of help) - there is no demand for
your "skills." There is nowhere for you to go except maybe Japan or China -
oops - they won't let you in.

Let's pretend you're productive - you work for me, you want a raise, there
are 1,000 people outside the door that will work for the same or less than
you. Try to explain ONE reason I'd give you a raise instead of tossing you
out the door?
