This was a thought that just brushed on my mind,
What kind of size would be suitable for a livaboard boat? that would be
in the sea. I quite fancy the idea of going from port to port. What kind
of budget/ size of boat would I need to be looking for?
I am in the US
Thank You

You need to learn to live without a lot of stuff. I've always been of
the opinion that a sailing catamaran around 40+ feet would be ideal.
Or a large trawler. Planning (go faster boats) use a whole lot of
fuel so unless you have money to burn or don't really want to go from
place to place they are not really a good choice. I'd say price wise
about what you would pay for a midsized home in a medium to large
etropolitan area, say a quarter mill.
