Not a good idea either, some bots scan the body for addresses, too.
If *absolutely necessary* to post a valid email address, put some
gobbldeygook text into it, and state which part of the address needs
to be deleted to make it valid.

I have been posting with my real addy for more than a decade. I
average about three SPAM a day. Every month or so I delete them.

I also post under my real name. I have a fake name picked out. Dances
With Wolves was taken so I settled on Sleeps With Kitties.
