If you were a half decent human being, maybe your parents would want to see
you on occassion.

Why would I be jealous? You have to remember, I have the best of
everything. If I don't own it, it's not worth owning. My mother and
father are dead, you know that, little buddy. Remember, they left me the
largest marina in the northeast.
