Y'all take care. See you in three or four weeks. Plan to take lots
of
pictures.

The house sitter is real good with a .357 revolver.

Tim, you're in charge.

Harry, try to settle down and act like a normal person. You'll be
respected a
lot more.

All decisions are the result of binary thinking.

Don't forget to take your cookbooks and all your recipies.
I imagine you'll be baking a lot more muffins than catching fish.

Since he's pulling a travel trailer rather than a boat, you are
probably
right. It must be horrible to not be able to afford a vacation in your
final years...

You don't need to " afford " a vacation when you live in Nova Scotia.
I've seen a bit of it ( Halifax, and Glace Bay in 1980 ), and its a
vacation in itself, unlike the swamp you live in. Don merely has to go
a ways to PEI, the place is beautiful, as well. Something you, as a
Felon, WONT be able to see.

Exactly...especially in the summer.
They don't call us 'Canada's Ocean Playground' for nothing.
Next door, either by a long bridge or by car ferry, PEI is a beautiful
little gem.... especially if you like lush rolling farmland, beautiful
warm water beaches & ocean views.
Only trouble right now... it's too darn hot. Halifax might reach 34 C
today...... way higher than normal this time of year.

What's the ocean water temp up there these days? My retired buddy who
spends his summers on an island just off the Maine coast says the water
temp there is cold enough to shrivel one's testicles into sunflower seeds.

The news media claims 20 degrees C at this time. Maybe Hurricane Danielle
pushed some warm water our way and Earl will contribute too.
It's so balmy that our mayor promises to go for a swim in our harbour at
1130 ADT this morning.
He claims that the water is the cleanest it's been in decades, since out new
sewage treatment plant seems to work fine in dry weather.
