Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Shirley Sherrod... the Rest of the Story
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Date: Saturday, August 7, 2010, 4:10 PM
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Remember Andrew Breitbart, the media genius and his brilliant
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* handling of the ACORN ‘hooker’. He skillfully manipulated so
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* that the corrupt media was forced, against its will, to broadcast
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* corruption in one of Obama’s most powerful political support
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* groups.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* But his handing of that affair is nothing compared to his
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* brilliant manipulation of the Shirley Sherrod ‘white farmer’
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* scandal. Â* It all began last Monday, July 22, 2010. As the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* country watched in horror, Breitbart released a snippet of a
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* tape on his "Big Government" site which showed an obscure
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* black female official of the Dept. of Agriculture laughing to a
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* roomful of NAACP members about how she’d discriminated
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* against a destitute white farmer and refused to give him the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* financial aid he desperately needed.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* The black woman was Shirley Sherrod – and almost immediately
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* she became the center of a firestorm of controversy which
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* exploded throughout the country.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Within a day of the release of that infamous tape, the head of
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* the Dept. of Agriculture, spurred on by Obama, demanded –
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* and received – Sherrod’s resignation.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Breitbart had won.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* But then seemingly Breitbart’s actions began to explode in his
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* face. Â*As Sherrod screamed in protest, FOX News released the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* entire text of her speech last March to the NAACP.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* And there on tape Sherrod was shown supposedly repenting of
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* her racism against a white farmer and instead championing his
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* fight to win funds to keep his farm afloat.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Within hours of that entire tape being revealed, the entire world
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* turned against Andrew Breitbart. Â*Conservatives throughout the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* country were enraged that he’d endangered their reputations by
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* releasing a ‘doctored’ tape. Â*Breitbart, they thundered, had dealt
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* a fatal blow to the conservative media.. Â*We all were horrified at
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* the clumsiness and stupidity of Breitbart in ‘doctoring’ a tape to
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* make a supposedly innocent woman look guilty. But now we
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* discover we have been as guilty of haste to judgment of Breitbart
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* as the Dept. of Agriculture was of Ms. Sherrod.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Only now can we realize the real purpose for Breitbart’s release
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* of that tape snippet. It was to allow him to cunningly trick the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* media into exposing one of the most shocking examples of
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* corruption in the federal government – a little known legal
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* case called "Pigford v. Glickman".
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* "In 1997, 400 African-American farmers sued the United States
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Department of Agriculture, alleging that they had been unfairly
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* denied USDA loans due to racial discrimination during the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* period 1983 to 1997."
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* The case was entitled "Pigford v. Glickman" and in 1999, the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* black farmers won their case.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* The government agreed to pay each of them as much as $50,000
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* to settle their claims. Â*But then on February 23, 2010, something
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* shocking happened in relation to that original judgment: Â*In
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Total silence, the USDA agreed to release more funds to
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* "Pigford". Â*The amount was a staggering...... $1.25 billion.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* This was because the original number of plaintiffs – 400 black
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* farmers – had now.... swollen in a class action suit to include a
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* total of 86,000 black farmers throughout America . Â*There was
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* only one teensy problem: Â*The United States of America doesn’t
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* have 86,000 black farmers. According to accurate and totally
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* verifiable Official USDA 2007 Census census data, the total
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* number of black farmers throughout America is only 39,697.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Hmmm... by the Official USDA 1992 Census data the US had
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* only 18,816 black farmers! Â*Oops!
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Well, gosh – how on earth did 39,697 explode into the fraudulent
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* 86,000 claims? Â*And how did $50,000 explode into $1.25 billion?
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Well, folks, you’ll just have to ask the woman who not only
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* spearheaded this case because of her position in 1997 at the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* "Rural Development Leadership Network" but whose family
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Â*received the highest single payout (approximately $13 million)
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Â*from that action – Shirley Sherrod.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Oops again!
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Yes, folks. It appears that Ms. Sherrod had just unwittingly
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* exposed herself as the perpetrator of one of the biggest fraud
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* claims in the United States – a fraud enabled solely because she
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* screamed racism at the government and cowed them into sub-
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* mission. And it gets even more interesting. Â*Ms. Sherrod has also
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* exposed the person who aided and abetted her in this race fraud.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* As it turns out, the original judgment of "Pigford v. Glickman"
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* in 1999 only applied to a total of about 16,000 black farmers.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* But.... in 2008, a junior US Senator got a law passed to reopen
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* the case and allow more black farmers to sue for funds. The
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Senator was Barack Obama.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Because this law was passed in dead silence and because the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* woman responsible for spearheading it was an obscure USDA
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* official, American taxpayers did not realize that they had just
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* been forced in the midst of a worldwide depression to pay out
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* more than $1.25 billion to settle a race claim. Â*But Breitbart
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Â*knew. And last Monday, July 22, 2010, he cleverly laid a trap
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* which Sherrod – and Obama + his cronies– stumbled headfirst
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* into which has now resulted in the entire world discovering the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* existence of this corrupt financial judgment. Â*for Ms. Sherrod?
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Well, she’s discovering too late that her cry of ‘racism’ to the
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* media which was intended to throw the spotlight on Breitbart
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* has instead thrown that spotlight on herself – and the huge
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* corruption. Â*Sherrod has vanished from public view.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* But the perpetrator of that law passed in dead silence leading to
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* unlawful claims & corruption... is still trying to fool all of US.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* That’s the rest of the story, but where is the media?
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* This is in response to the WSJ article published July 28, 2010:
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* "Our Divisive President", by Cadell & Schoen,
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Two Democrats, on Obama dividing America on race.
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Pass along this new information...
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Google and read for yourself "Pigford vs. Glickman"
