Have you noticed that Utah law enforcement vehicles are no older than six
months old? Do you know how they get the money to replace them that often?

In my little town of 900 people, we have four overlapping jurisdictions.
There is a 40 mph speed limit, and all the locals are well aware of it.
Then know it actually is 39, so most drive 35 except the gen-x-ers, aliens,
idiots, and those who just got their driver's licenses. But there's a
parade of California, Arizona, Nevada, and other out of state cars that are
being written up all day long. Speeding tickets in a residential area start
around $300.

I've never been to Utah, so I've not noticed. How can you tell they're no older
than six months?
