The "capitalists" will only be happy when serfdom fully re-emerges.

I would guess that because of their destructives practices, 'the pie' isn't
getting any bigger, so they have to carve out a larger share of the existing
pie for themselves.
Someone has to accept less, so they load the deck to make sure it's the
working man.
