Watching the show Whale wars for the first time. From what I
see it is a
show glorifying terrorists who wish to do physical harm to the
Whalers,
their boats and crew. I see the Whalers fighting with water

think they should go live fire, their lives are being
threatened...

Rowdy Mouse Racing - We race for cheese!
Now the terrorists are shooting acid filled bottles at the
commercial
vessels, talking about sinking her, disabling her at sea... And
still,
the whalers arent using 50 calibers to defend themselves.. Stupid..
Let their mommies cry about "he was such a good boy". These
assholes
are big mouthed punks, playing with peoples lives, just to play
up for
the camera.. Crazy, I guess I will have to watch the season fanalie
to see if the Whalers take any of the little punks out...
snerk Hey
before you get on me, the terrorists are clearly trying to hurt the
Whalers...
You stupid little half pint of ****.
Those whalers are breaking international ban on commercial whaling.

Did you love it when he played chicken in the Southern Ocean. Now
that was GREAT
I did see some of their shows last winter, but also have mixed
feelings about that bunch.
They do great work most of the time, but harass our sealers each
spring.
They have also helped the European union to ban seal pelts &
products.... putting a lot of jobs at risk. although that policy
has suffered a set back.

And you support killing seals? What a hypocrite.
Do you support killing cows, chickens etc for food??
Native people and some Newfoundlanders eat the seal meat. It's not
just for the pelts.
Cattle, chickens, etc are domesticated and raised for the specific
purpose of providing food.
Tell us the difference between whales and seals. The Japanese use the
whales for food.
The difference is the volume... whales are endangered.... seals are a
dime a dozen around here.
Another difference is that your indigenous populations need the food
they get from hunting. The Japanese do not need the whales...it's just a
cultural thing.
Once in a while while flipping channels I'll come across a "Hunting
Show" in which the "great white hunters" use their high-powered rifles
to shoot a *dangerous* (ha!) deer, elk, moose, sheep, antelope, rabbit,
squirrel, whatever. And they make a big deal out of it, as if it takes
some sort of super skill and more than a day of practice to be able to
fire a rifle accurately. These boys are always so congratulatory towards
themselves and their buddies, even though the only danger/risk they face
is shooting each other.
I don't have a problem with those who have no other way to put meat on
their table going out and shooting a deer. But there sure isn't any
sport in it.
I fish sometimes for "table fish," and never take more than I'm going to
eat for a meal that day or the next. When I catch one, I don't see the
need any longer to post a photo of it. It's just a fish I happened to
catch. I'm not the great white fisherman and I don't want to be.
And the guys who catch pelagics? They should know better.
Hunting or fishing for "high adventure" is just so much bull****.
