spit on them by denying them medical and psychological counseling,
making it difficult to collect on their benefits and pay them dirt
wages. Keep them from their families for extended tours, even when
both parents are military. Send men and women on three and four tours
when they know psychological damage is inevitable.

or mentally disturbed.
