Every politician "panders" to his or her base. The previous president
pandered to oil and corporate interests, crazy christians, those who deny
science and, of course, saudis. Your heroine, sarah palin, panders to the
simple-minded and uneducated. Many republicans pander to the racism that
is present in much of their base.

They must be disappointed in Obama. He was supposed to pay for their
